NCRA Board Meeting
July Meeting and Tours in Sonoma
Tour starts at 4:30pm
Meeting will begin by 6:30pm
Tour & Meeting Location: 3400 Standish Avenue, Santa Rosa (visit our website for directions)
Join us as we tour to the Materials Recovery Facility in Santa Rosa, operated by North Bay Corporation affiliate Timbercove Recycling, where single stream material from all Sonoma County jurisdictions as well as parts of Marin and Mendocino County are processed. The tour will include a short presentation and “no-box” dinner provided by our hosts.

Directions
Directions: Address is 3400 Standish Avenue. Take 101 north to the Todd Road exit (second Santa Rosa exit). Bear right to cross over the freeway, turn right at the frontage road then an immediate left onto Todd Road (westbound). The second right is Standish Avenue . We are about ½ mile north on the right hand side of the street. Look for the Redwood Empire Disposal signs.
Please park and gather in the parking lot at the SE corner of Standish and W Robles. It is a small parking lot in front of the dispatch and parts department. The tour will start from there promptly at 4:30pm and end in a conference room for the meeting.

III. Agenda. Amend and approve. (5 min)
IV. Thanks to Sonoma for hosting us! (20 min) Pamela Davis with the Timbercove Materials Recovery Facility in Santa Rosa, will share highlights of recovery and recycling in Sonoma County.
V. Sharing. (30 min) Job announcements come first, job seekers second, then all attendees are invited to share their company or community news for up to 2 minutes each, with no (or little) cross-talk to keep the meeting moving.
VI. Open Discussion. Bring topics to share with the group.
VII. Action reports. (45 min) Committee chairs will discuss their activities and issues. Any committee’s issues may be acted on.
